Too slow for AdX approval
Signed up with a coupons site and waited weeks for the MCM invite. EX.CO eventually got AdX running, but communication was thin and I had to chase every update. Other partners in this directory approved me far faster.

AdX approval with EX.CO took around 2-4 weeks for a coupons site, longer than promised. Once the MCM request was accepted everything ran fine, but the waiting and the 50,000+ pageviews/mo requirement will block smaller publishers.
Filled the form, sent the Ad Manager network code, then silence. After a month I cancelled and got approved with another MCM partner in days. Maybe fine for large networks, not for me.
Support answered inside a day during the AdX approval process and explained the managed inventory model clearly. eCPM went up compared to plain AdSense. Dashboard is basic, so I still open Ad Manager for the real breakdowns.
Turned down because of the 50,000+ pageviews/mo minimum after two weeks of emails, and nobody told me until I followed up. If you are a growing publisher looking for fast AdX approval, look elsewhere first.
