Numbers improved after moving my inventory to H&T Gaming, no complaints there. Getting the MCM Manage Account approved took contracts, an invoice setup and a manual review of a gaming blog. Worth it, but plan a couple of weeks.
AdX approval with H&T Gaming took around 5-10 days for a gaming blog, longer than promised. Once the MCM request was accepted everything ran fine, but the waiting and the 25,000+ pageviews/mo requirement will block smaller publishers.
Applied with a gaming blog and the Manage Account link showed up in Google Ad Manager within 5-10 days. H&T Gaming handled the MCM invite properly, AdX and AdSense demand were both live and reporting matched what I saw in Ad Manager.
Support answered inside a day during the AdX approval process and explained the manage account model clearly. eCPM went up compared to plain AdSense. Dashboard is basic, so I still open Ad Manager for the real breakdowns.
Nothing broken, nothing exciting. Reporting refreshes once a day, tickets take two to three days and the 70-80% split is middle of the pack. Fine as a Google Ad Manager route if you are not in a hurry.
Turned down because of the 25,000+ pageviews/mo minimum after two weeks of emails, and nobody told me until I followed up. If you are a growing publisher looking for fast AdX approval, look elsewhere first.
