Payout timing is inconsistent
AdX and AdSense demand work, but two invoices arrived late without notice and the revenue report did not match the payment until I asked twice. The 60-70% share only helps if it arrives on time.

Signed up with a gaming blog and waited weeks for the MCM invite. Refinery89 eventually got AdX running, but communication was thin and I had to chase every update. Other partners in this directory approved me far faster.
AdX approval with Refinery89 took around 2-4 weeks for a gaming blog, longer than promised. Once the MCM request was accepted everything ran fine, but the waiting and the 50,000+ pageviews/mo requirement will block smaller publishers.
Turned down because of the 50,000+ pageviews/mo minimum after two weeks of emails, and nobody told me until I followed up. If you are a growing publisher looking for fast AdX approval, look elsewhere first.
Nothing broken, nothing exciting. Reporting refreshes once a day, tickets take two to three days and the 60-70% split is middle of the pack. Fine as a Google Ad Manager route if you are not in a hurry.
Numbers improved after moving my inventory to Refinery89, no complaints there. Getting the MCM Manage Account approved took contracts, an invoice setup and a manual review of a gaming blog. Worth it, but plan a couple of weeks.
