Too slow for AdX approval
Signed up with two recipe sites and waited weeks for the MCM invite. Setupad eventually got AdX running, but communication was thin and I had to chase every update. Other partners in this directory approved me far faster.

Nothing broken, nothing exciting. Reporting refreshes once a day, tickets take two to three days and the 70-80% split is middle of the pack. Fine as a Google Ad Manager route if you are not in a hurry.
Setupad is an actual Google MCM partner, not a reseller pretending to be one. Onboarding needed ads.txt lines and a site review, then AdX approval came through. Revenue share of 70-80% is what they quoted and payouts have matched it.
Numbers improved after moving my inventory to Setupad, no complaints there. Getting the MCM Manage Account approved took contracts, an invoice setup and a manual review of two recipe sites. Worth it, but plan a couple of weeks.
Applied with two recipe sites and the Manage Account link showed up in Google Ad Manager within 5-10 days. Setupad handled the MCM invite properly, AdX and AdSense demand were both live and reporting matched what I saw in Ad Manager.
AdX approval with Setupad took around 5-10 days for two recipe sites, longer than promised. Once the MCM request was accepted everything ran fine, but the waiting and the 25,000+ pageviews/mo requirement will block smaller publishers.
Support answered inside a day during the AdX approval process and explained the prebid manage account model clearly. eCPM went up compared to plain AdSense. Dashboard is basic, so I still open Ad Manager for the real breakdowns.
