Gave up waiting for the MCM invite
Filled the form, sent the Ad Manager network code, then silence. After a month I cancelled and got approved with another MCM partner in days. Maybe fine for large networks, not for me.

Support answered inside a day during the AdX approval process and explained the managed inventory model clearly. eCPM went up compared to plain AdSense. Dashboard is basic, so I still open Ad Manager for the real breakdowns.
Turned down because of the 50,000+ pageviews/mo minimum after two weeks of emails, and nobody told me until I followed up. If you are a growing publisher looking for fast AdX approval, look elsewhere first.
Signed up with an education network and waited weeks for the MCM invite. VDO.AI eventually got AdX running, but communication was thin and I had to chase every update. Other partners in this directory approved me far faster.
AdX approval with VDO.AI took around 2-4 weeks for an education network, longer than promised. Once the MCM request was accepted everything ran fine, but the waiting and the 50,000+ pageviews/mo requirement will block smaller publishers.
