Gave up waiting for the MCM invite
Filled the form, sent the Ad Manager network code, then silence. After a month I cancelled and got approved with another MCM partner in days. Maybe fine for large networks, not for me.

Waytogrow is legit, but the process is built for established publishers. If you run one small site expect a slow AdX approval and little hand-holding on ads.txt or GAM ad unit setup.
Nothing broken, nothing exciting. Reporting refreshes once a day, tickets take two to three days and the 60-70% split is middle of the pack. Fine as a Google Ad Manager route if you are not in a hurry.
Support answered inside a day during the AdX approval process and explained the managed inventory model clearly. eCPM went up compared to plain AdSense. Dashboard is basic, so I still open Ad Manager for the real breakdowns.
Turned down because of the 50,000+ pageviews/mo minimum after two weeks of emails, and nobody told me until I followed up. If you are a growing publisher looking for fast AdX approval, look elsewhere first.
Signed up with a lifestyle magazine and waited weeks for the MCM invite. Waytogrow eventually got AdX running, but communication was thin and I had to chase every update. Other partners in this directory approved me far faster.
